How does it work?

The ketogenic diet is a low carb, moderate protein, and high healthy fat diet (LCHF) which puts the body into a metabolic state known as ketosis. When you’re body is in a state of ketosis, the liver produce ketones which become the main energy source for the body. The ketones convert fat into energy.

Our Story

Our journey is similar to many others, it starts with a desire to be healthy and to feed our families healthily. Heather and I are both moms with large families, and lots of responsibilities. We both, like many of you, want to do what is best for our families so we began researching healthier ways of eating. Keto was that answer for us.

Hi, my name is Dana Choate. I am a wife, mother of 8 children, and a Health and Wellness Coach. I am also a medical and nutrition student. I am always studying how holistic medicine and nutrition work together to help people overcome various diseases and health problems.
